This page explains the current product behavior. Life Tools is designed so you can compare a job offer without creating an account or sending the details of your decision to us.
What stays on your device
Salary, bonus, benefits, work costs, hours, commute, ratings, priorities, currency, scores, and results stay in this browser. They are not sent to an application server or included in analytics events.
Saved comparison and deletion
Your comparison draft is saved in this browser for 30 days after its last real use. You can delete it immediately from the comparator. Clearing browser storage can also remove it. Language and analytics choices are stored separately.
Basic browsing measurement
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate page traffic, referrers, countries, devices, and performance. It is separate from your comparison and does not receive the values or result you enter.
Optional product analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you allow it. It may record a fixed set of actions such as starting or completing a comparison, submitting one-tap helpfulness feedback, opening the tool from a scenario, or trying to share it. Only fixed categorical metadata is allowed; advertising, remarketing, Google Signals, and custom user IDs are not used.
Your choice
You can decline optional product analytics and still use the full comparator. You can also withdraw permission later; Life Tools then stops GA4 and removes its analytics cookies where the browser allows it.
